"Edit: I have called the number they responded to in my review and they do not answer this phone line. I had a poor experience with apricity counseling. First there is no waiting room. I sat on the carpet outside their office building till my counselor showed up a few minutes after our 1st appointment was supposed to start. The provider was Hilary B and that initial appointment lasted only 20-25 minutes. When I got to my car I realized how short of an appointment it was especially for an initial intake. I emailed her my concerns and asked if future appointments would be an hour. She replied with only a "YES" reply... disregarding my concerns for such a short intake appointment. I can assure you I did not feel heard or seen by this therapist in our short time and left thinking wow what a waste of money! This appointment was a complete waste of time. Lots of research led me to Thrive Therapy in Eagan and they are great! -- also they have no billing department**"
