"What a joke, Dr could care less about your concerns. Asked billing how much it would cost ahead of time sent me a quote on 12 different classes of scheduled billing types, so i had to guess which one mine is.. even asked the Dr and he had no idea. Told me i needed omeprozole even tho ive improved greatly the natural way from acid reflux.. why in the world would anyone even go here, unless getting billed 600$ for a 5 min session of someone not giving af about you or your concerns is your thing"

"I went here for my first colonoscopy at age 48. I was really nervous (especially about anesthesia). This place operates like a well-oiled machine. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk person to the doctor were cordial, caring, pleasant, and engaged. Everything was right on time if not a little early. The anesthesiologist who discussed options with me listened to my concerns and even bent down to look into my eyes (you know how masks get in the way of engagement). I really liked the person in the room who monitored my anesthesia. I can’t remember his name, but he made quips that put me at ease. We joked about “my pillow” because I asked if they used them..lol. The nurse who spoke to me after the procedure was caring and called me ‘hon.’ I wish I could remember everyone’s name. Like I said, you interact with like 7 people total. I was a bit hesitant to come here based on some of the other reviews I read, but I have to say my entire experience was wonderful and my exam turned out great. Now I don’t need to return for 10 years!!"

"This place is a scam. Not only did they claim I was charged additional fees for being a new patient, but I had a 10 minute meeting total with waiting time with the nurse and the doctor and was charged $350. No information was given, nothing helped me, and honestly it wasn’t helpful at all. A mindless interaction on their behalf and then they charge up the a$$ for it. Doctor didn’t care then suggested some medicine and then left the room. Met with nurse for 6 minutes and the doctor for maybe 2 minutes with a wait or 2 minutes between the two. I absolutely do not recommend"

"Their scheduling process is overly complex and results in missed information. My doctor did not put in a request for my medication and would not have done so unless I followed up. Then scheduling wrote down the wrong vaccine in my chart and the lab did not know until I sat down for my appointment. This series of mistakes does not given me confidence in the level of care I am receiving."

"The doctors are good at what they do however people who schedule patients are awful and very poor service. I am disabled and I have been dealing with my very sensitive stomach for too long and it has caused me to miss my other normal activities. I have had all these morning appointments and my mom is older and can't go out to appointments in the morning and I have no other help. Schedulers need to help patients out better. I have had a family emergency where there was a accident and my dog becoming very sick with pancreatitis where the doctor wanted me to be at home because he was very sick. I am not happy at all with having to miss my 3rd appointment and now I can't go in until September because of having surgery this coming Thursday."
