"I was referred to Dr Griffen because I wasn’t able to breathe and the ENT felt I would need a plastic surgeon since my pathway was collapsed and I have a deviated septum After the surgery I could tell something was wrong and I still wasn’t able to breathe I express my concerns over and over again and it is now eight months after the surgery still am not able to breathe. During the surgery there was nerve damage and because of that , I have constant migraines where I have to take The medication is causing me to have issues with my kidneys and below is how my nose looks. When I went in for him to fix it or to go over the plan of fixing, I did not realize that he was going to be charging me for the correction of his error. I am continuously being billed For the follow up plan of fixing my nose, he also changed the shape of my nose which I did not want plastic surgery. I just wanted to be able to breathe. Expressed my concerns to his manager. She said she was gonna call me back and never did. And that is why I decided to do this post. I will obviously not be going back there and will have to find somebody else to help with now a bigger mess my nose is crooked And I can’t breathe Along with health issues I did not have prior to seeing Dr. Griffin Which are my vision my hearing And my sinuses this whole situation is now very severe, and worse than I started. I would not recommend them to anyone"

"My paperwork said my visit to the doctor was in Woodbury. When we arrived, we were told the appointment was in Egan! Our doctor is excellent, but with my wife having to get a wheelchair from Inside the building and having to assist me getting out of the car in extremely cold weather, THEN to be told she has to wheel me back out in the cold was unconscionable. Someone fouled up and caused her and I significant stress. Wasn’t the stress of our concern over possible cancer enough without of additional emotional pain over having to travel to TWO locations in frigid winter weather? TreatIng patients this way is terrible!"
