"Took Dr's recommendations and brought my daughter here. Huge mistake to not look at reviews first. They are being investigated for fraudulent billing and I can see why - they added charges to my bill that not one person there could explain, yet refused to take them off. I would avoid this place and Dr. Tannahill at all costs."

"I would give this place "0" stars if possible. I scheduled my daughter for testing and we live over 3 1/2 hours from this center, which was recommended by our pediatrician. I never received the email they stated they were going to send regarding forms needing to be filled out or an appointment reminder. IN MY OWN lapse of judgement, I misplaced the date and time of our appointment. The center called the day of our appointment and I spoke with someone who said they understood my error and would have someone give me a call back. They NEVER called back. I called again to set up another appointment today. I was told because I was a no call, no show they will not schedule another appointment with us ever again. Again, my error in missing the initial appointment but what horrible, unprofessional treatment."

"We had been taking our son to Rosenberg for therapy relating to some chronic health conditions. Things initially were fairly good - our provider was wonderful and we had no issues with insurance coverage or billing. Scheduling was always a pain and I personally never warmed to the frontend staff - they always seemed very annoyed whenever we showed up. Unfortunately, our provider left for another clinic. We switched to a different provider, and things quickly went downhill. The provider in question was indifferent and aloof and neither my wife nor I felt comfortable with him. We stopped going altogether in June because it just wasn't worth it. Fast forward another month, and it turns out that the new provider isn't in network either. The clinic itself is, but of course, he is not. Upon calling Rosenberg and our insurance provider (several times) to try to sort things out, my normally sedate wife was spewing expletives throwing pencils across the room. We're currently appealing things with insurance as I've given up making any progress with Rosenberg. Will probably end up involving my lawyer at some point just on principle. I cannot recommend Rosenberg as a whole, although I'm certain that many of the actual providers there are fantastic and care about their charges - the support staff, scheduling, and billing make the overall package not worth it."

"We’ve had a great experience at Rosenberg with our son. Through multiple appointments, regular meetings and countless evaluations, all of the staff have gone out of their way to make sure we were fully informed. Everyone also made an effort to engage on a personal level with our 6 year old and make our son feel comfortable. As proof of their ability to connect with our son, he actually looks forward to the appointments. It’s not close to our house in south Minneapolis, bit it’s definitely worth the drive. Highly recommended."
