"I called to get an appointment (after reading the great reviews) and was told everyone is required to wear a mask upon entrance to the building. I arrived for my appointment and saw a sign stating the same, but upon entrance into the building two employees were not wearing masks. The front desk lady scrambled to put hers on to greet me. She gave me forms to fill out while I waited and I then observed her take a call and take off her mask again. I decided this place was not following CDC guidance and it would not be safe for me stay thru my appointment. I told the lady I was not comfortable with their mask protocols and she said “whoops” and put her mask back on. At that point, the damage had already been done (putting her mask on at that point would not be safe for anyone and the other lady was still not wearing hers). I would encourage others to find another place - they clearly don’t care about your health and safety."

"I have been seeing Doctor Lutz for a few months now and it has been one of the best experiences with a chiropractor I have had. I have been seeing chiropractors since I was 14 and they always make you feel pressured to keep coming back every single week. That has not been my experience here. They are very friendly, and only want you to come in when you feel you need to. I have never had an issue getting in quickly when my back pain returns. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars all the way."
