"waited for almost 6 hours, just to get a strep throat and covid test… just to get my covid results the next day. i got there at 1:00, got the strep test at 2:00, where they said i would go back at 3:15. 4:40 rolls around and im finally taken back into the small room, where im waiting for the doctor for another 30-40 minutes. absolutely no excuse for this as there was barely anybody else there. i will not be going back, and i don’t recommend it to anyone else!"

"If I would’ve known I’d be sitting here with my partner over 4 hours later for a a toe injury I wouldn’t have come here. Until the waiting room was empty. We watched 15 additional people come in after us and get helped before my partner did. And even after all this time they try to tell her to go home and wrap her own toe because it’ll be $200 here, to “save us money,” the doctor was “looking out for us” and our wallets.. um what kind of medical care is that?? Literally 4 hours simply to be told her toes not broken and no care whatsoever. This is not a comforting environment and we don’t feel valued as people who have been sitting here patiently hours on end while my partners in terrible pain. I’m in disbelief with how painfully slow and miserable this has been and I’m not even the one in excruciating pain. 4.5 hours… still … waiting …."

"I had a good experience at this urgent care clinic. I cut my finger open and literally walked in the door 10 minutes before close. Dr. Massey and the medical assistants were attentive and very helpful in stitching up my cut. I appreciated their friendliness too in the midst of a stressful situation."
