"They are rude even when you are being very respectful bad attitudes as if they don't want you to come there and never can get a correct reading from machines because they want you move during the procedure and I thought everyone no you don't move while getting blood pressure reading and sure not extending and retracting the opposite are while it's being done I will never return"

"The donation process is not bad at all once you get to the back it's a very pleasant experience but upfront is where the main issues comes in some technicians really have bad attitudes and talk in any way they see fit not very professional doesn't make me wanna keep donating here"

"Overall it's not a bad experience to donate there but some of the women who work in the front/vitals area are just plain rude and seem like they are happy to turn you away. I was turned away 3 separate times because my piece of mail with my name on it was not good enough. I was then told it had to be a utility bill or lease agreement. When I did bring my utility bill I was then treated like it wasn't good enough until the manager verified it. The ladies in the back that stick you are mostly very pleasant and do a great job. The atmosphere that the ladies upfront create has racist undertones pretty bad, like looking at me in the face and speaking to me with a jovial tone is something that I don't deserve. And this is not everyone who works there at all but just applies to my experience with three of the ladies. But hey, if they ain't hatin you ain't'n!"

"They don’t take any responsibility, aren’t helpful, and can’t answer basic questions. Every time I go in, there is no one up front. Workers walk by, see me waiting, and do nothing. They make eye contact, stare at me, say nothing, and ignore me. Only go here if you’re ready to wait all day and spend half your time being ignored"

"I been here since 7am. This place just knows how to make excuses. They always have something negative to say the quality assurance needs work more professionalism needs to be practice. I can understand the turn over rate with less people working but that’s not a excuse you are determine to work as team and create effective communication solution."
