"Trey sold us an I-phone on 2/14 and gave us excellent service. Ashton helped with setup. We came back the next day because we could not get Apple Watch to install updates after connecting to the new phone. Initially, we set up an appointment with the Genius Bar for one hour out. Trey asked some questions, we retried the update process, and it completed in about 15 minutes! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this store. Trey is top notch!"

"Very nice clean store, but very busy. Always need an appointment if you want to buy a phone, iPad, computer, or troubleshoot your device. Employees here are very nice and helpful but seem in a hurry to get to the next customer I guess because they are so busy. They did however help me figure out why all my apps, and texts messages didn’t transfer to my new phone, and got them to transfer for me, so I was very happy."

"I stopped in to pick up an order for my wife. If I could make a suggestion. When trade-ins are involved. Allow the customer to bring in their trade-in versus shipping it off. Just for convenience. Busy store. Couldn't really tell if I was going to be waited on once I sat at the table. After the initial greeting, you're directed to the back. The conversation of the sales rep was nice and casual. I can appreciate that."
