"Called to schedule an appointment and was told I was in network and would pay a copay. Got to the appointment and was asked if I wanted to pay my copay, i declined and said I would take the bill in the mail. I get a bill for nearly $400 in the mail. Billing dept says oh you were supposed to call your insurance, even though we told you that you are in network. Overall bad experience Had to wait over an hour to be seen by Nicole Bergman who spent about 15 minutes with me and spoke very very rapidly. Prior to that, the technician poked around my eye and took fluid without any preamble about what she was doing."
"Nicole was friendly, professional, and patient oriented. She gave good explanations of what her evaluation finders were. She also recommended a home treatment I could try and also a follow visit to fine tune my prescription for new eye glasses. It was a very pleasant visit."
