"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN CLAIM THAT YOU DIDN’T PAY!!! DO NOT USE ANY CARDS HERE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! They took $57 from me then told me my transaction didn’t go through! Even after I showed them the payment went through on my banking app they claimed they didn’t see it in their system so I had to file a fraud claim with my bank and wait until they refunded it back to me. Just avoid them altogether!"

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. At least when it was Howard's, you could actually look for what you want... This place is set up so poorly. The only thing you can look at is the beer selection. Everything else is behind the counter, which you're not allowed to go behind to look at their selection. You have to know exactly what you want before you even go in there. Terrible setup, I'm never going back!"

"You can't walk through the liquor! You must tell the sales clerk what you want. First the sales clerk didn't know what hard seltzer is (they didn't have any). Then I asked for bourbon. He didn't even know that bourbon is a type of whiskey. Then he went in the back and pulled out 1 bottle of bourbon. It was bottom shelf brand I've never heard of. He then said "sorry that's all we have". I looked right in front of the counter and saw a 375ml bottle of Bulleit. Even with me pointing at it, he had a hard time finding it. They don't even have a list of what they carry. Really? They need better sales people and better management."
