"Honestly one of the best clinics I've been to over the years. The staff has always been fantastic, and the doctors have all been knowledgeable and professional. This has been my primary clinic now for 13 years, despite the fact I now live 45 minutes away. The quality of care and how they treat patients makes it more than worth the drive for me. With the added benefit of being attached to a hospital they also naturally have access to more resources to diagnose and treat. In the rare case if I have something going on beyond what they think they can do, they don't hesitate to refer out as well to make sure the appropriate care is given. This place has literally pulled me back from the brink of death, so I speak from experience about the quality of care."

"My family all doctor here. I think a majority of the staff is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. The only time I have been annoyed with this clinic is when they seem to have "forgotten" me in the waiting room. But when I brought it to their attention the two times that it happened, they were quick to get me in. More of an inconvenience than anything and not something that would stop me from using this clinic. They are worth the wait based on my experiences with other surrounding clinics."

"I wasn't with this clinic very long to draw a conclusion about their treatment; however, they seem to retaliate against you when you miss an appointment. I have depression and accidentally forgot about my appointment and had to reschedule a new one. When I showed up for the appointment the receptionist told me it was on another day and I would have to drive back (50 miles each way). The should be investigated for brainwashing people as well. Anyways, I'm now receiving treatment for my diabetes at a different clinic. The doctor I have now is very helpful in all aspects of your medical conditions."

Northfield clinic is hands down the best I have ever encountered for reasons of continuity of care with the team from nurses to providers, the feeling of personalized care, clear and prompt communication, and just the overall helpful environment.
