"It is nice to have this store in our area. The manager and employees are friendly, helpful, and are somewhat knowledgeable on their products! The store appears to be stocked by delivery truck weekly. Definitely an organized store unlike other DGs (merchandise isnt left on carts or in the aisles). This Congo-Ferndale/Lawson Rd location has a staff of remarkable folks wanting to keep things organized and to keep customers happy. Would much rather spend a couple of dollars more here than have to go into town to walmart/Kroger and deal with idiots"

"The machine wouldn't take my number in for mobile coupons and I ended up spending more than I wanted too. It was very frustrating honestly after several attempts I ended up just paying for it all and leaving. And I also seen so many items that had no prices that where in clearance. Someone should be putting markdown stickers on everything . But I'm not going to waste time trying to find out how much each item cost at the register. And I bought some raw cookie dough a couple times there and ever since they've never restocked it for more. I love these cookies and sometimes I go just for them. And idk if they stopped selling them or what but I hope they bring them back soon."

"I dont think I have been in this store when the manager isnt on her phone with a personal call, the staff she has working with her usually are on the phone, they have earbuds in they start talking if you are not paying attention you dont realize that and ask "what was that". Not proffesional at all. They at times will totally ignore you and not say a word just keep talking on their phone. They need to bring back the guy that opened that store from the start he was proffesional! There is a tall guy, a dude with longer hair and a lady that wears glasses they are always helpful and friendly. The store is nice for items you may have forgot at a super market."

"Great , but I didn't find any 3 X 4 inches small St. PATRICK cards for school children. However I did find some Shamrock coins that are going to work fine."

The store is actively being stocked on truck delivery days. Merchandise IS NOT left on carts in the aisles like other DG stores around me (5 within 10 miles). This Congo-Ferndale/Lawson Rd location has a staff of remarkable folks wanting to keep things organized and to keep customers happy.
