"I went there due to an MRI, revealing a three-disc herniation, which is awful. I was previously prescribed a pain med, which I don't want because of dependency risks. And that's on record. So, I asked, hunched over in pain, for a re-fill of a less potent narcotic pain reliever. The physician said, in short, "I see that you are an additct, doctor-shopping for narcotics. I suggest addiction counseling. I will not give you a narcotics." FYI, i I have been on the medication for less than two weeks.... So, not only was he short and rude, he did not at all care for what the true problem is. No one wants to be hooked on anything. Sure. But, doctor, this IS legitimate, and the MRI demonstrated this. That was a doctor more concerned about not being sued or something, or he has an experienced-related reason to not help. Otherwise, this group of care is essentially good."

"I have been dealing with extreme pain in my left trapezoid shoulder area for some time. Usually this will resolve itself in a few days...now it has been 17 days and pain is same if not worse. I went to Eagan Health Partners, to draw blood for an unrelated appointment, scheduled earlier. They wanted me to go to BurnsvilleTRIA Urgent Care when they saw how much pain I was in. Reluctantly, I went and met with Dr. Hoffman. He listened through a long story but seemed bored. He read what has already been documented on the computer and then said that there was really nothing he could do and then said "I have other patients, so if there no other questions, I m going to need to go". I couldn't believe he actually said this to me. I guess since I didn't have a splinter or something as important, I felt insignificant. I hope to never see him again...at least he could have demonstrated some compassion."

"Wait was shorter than most due to checking in online. Doctor was great and care was as expected. That is when it all went south. Told we needed an MRI, but they would verify insurance, then a new lady came in and we were told no, they didn’t do that but told us we should, so we started to do so. Then while on the phone with insurance three people came in the room at once including the doc and said no way would it be covered and we needed to wait for up to two weeks for prior auth to come in to them, and we would have to leave if we couldn’t get a prior auth, then left alone again. After a bit another person came and asked what else we needed. Then she said we couldn’t get the auth ourself, that they needed to get it, after more questioning we were told WE could schedule our own MRI…but they wouldn’t do it. Never had I been told prior to this moment that I could schedule myself. Left that location and were in MRI at another location within the hour, no prior auth needed, no wait, and scheduled myself. Very strange experience."

"I have absolutely nothing but good things to say. My son is a 3 sport athlete and we have had quite a few visits. I highly recommend coming here vs a typical urgent care for injuries- as far as the complaints of waiting time… that’s urgent care- more serious injuries are typically seen 1st. The Burnsville location is connected right next to another urgent care and I can tell you every single time I’ve been there the weight has been much longer on the other side. If the wait too long how about people try the ER and see how fast that goes… Dr. Fernandez and Morrison are worth the wait."
