"I just had my intake with Felicia. I HIGHLY recommend her. I was very nervous (due to not being listened to, incorrect charting, withholding my muscle relaxers for no reason but that I shouldn't take pills- from other clinics) She was non judgmental, and took my condition seriously. I felt comfortable with her quite quickly. She didn't brush off any of my concerns about my SSRI meds like other doctors have. She really took her time to get to know me, and I appreciated that a ton because I know she is very busy. I've never had a health care professional ask me so many questions and listen so well. I feel really hopeful that I will finally get the help I've needed for so long. They are doing amazing work and reaching people that normally fall through the cracks of the health care system. Thank you so much."

"I dare say that Dr Anyake is unquestionably not only the greatest psychiatrist but maybe the greatest doctor of his generation maybe the 21st century I'm not sure I don't know how to put this but it was late one night when I called at 11:30 p.m. trying to leave a message Dr Anyake was working from 4:00 a.m. to 1130 pm working-by himself, no physicians assistant no nurses no clerical staff I remember seeing the sweat glistening off his forehead as he was answering the phone call sending the fax and writing me a prescription, and all honesty i've never met a doctor so dedicated to his patients so kind to his staff. I believe he is from Grand Forks North Dakota that's where all his family is from he loves it there he loves to go back during Christmas and so if anybody sees this please send him some gift cards so we can go see Grand Forks North Dakota again.:)"

"Total scam! I started treatment over a year ago and was told over and over that I owed nothing, just to wake up this morning with 22 invoices from them equalling up to $5,000. When I called in, I was told, "sorry, we didn't have someone who worked in billing back then." Horrible place. Not to mention, more than a couple of times staff appeared high as hell. I thought to myself more than once that the staff is a) smoking weed on break and b) using patients' ketamine products for themselves. It was really cartoonist how high the intake guy was when he interviewed me. At the time, they were the only ones that would take my insurance and promised no other charges, so I went with them. Biggest mistake of my life."

"Terribly hard to get an appointment here and when I finally got one, it was canceled with no notification to me. Mind you, I got an email to confirm my appointment (which I did) and several texts and robo calls reminding me about the appointment throughout the week, including the day before the appointment but when it was time I didn’t receive any call. I called them and the receptionist said that it was canceled and that the next time I could get one would be two and half weeks away. Do they realize that the type of people who would seek out the help of their services can't just work around last minute cancellations like that? I already rearranged my schedule to accommodate the original appointment and it is just disrespectful to give no notice whatsoever. I'm just giving up. Beyond disappointed by this whole ordeal."

"I have to say hands down that the doctors and the care team at this Clinic is the most caring that I've ever had! Starting with the Big Guy Dr Anyake, he by far has been the most caring physician the most open-minded physicians and the hardest working physician at that I have had in 25 years of psychiatry and behavioral health treatment.Unfortunately, I've had a plethora of doctors, half condescending and couldn't care less, and I had some doctors that have been pretty good. However, I haven't had doctors that are amazing like doctor and Anyake, PAC Lisa and Katie and the rest of the staff. One last thing , he's the only doctor that I had an appointment with at 8 in the morning and then called back later only to think that I'm going to get an answering machine? NOPE, at 10:00 at night he's still there working answering the phone. Just goes to show what kind of hard working caring team that is The Diamond Lake Clinic.
