"This will be a tad long but it needs to be put on here for others. 2 weeks ago went to ER for black stool. Doctor ran her tests and diagnosed me with Diverticulosis can me medication to take and referral to here. Got in quick 3 days later. So appointment I was in and out in under 4 minutes. Doctor I seen didn't ask me 1 question what was going on or why I was there. Told me to hop on table breathe in and out and felt my stomach. Told me to get down. Then again didn't speak to anything of me being there. Then said we are going to schedule a coloncopsy and endoscopy to see what's going on. I said ok . As he's walking out of room says ,"did doctor prescribe you anything? " I said yes, okay keep taking that and then he said, "do your smoke?",I said yes, and he said you should quit because that's probably the problem. Left called to set up procedures and they are set up to be done at same time on May 16th. Yes long wait but I had stent put in and been under 6 months so need to be done at hospital. Which is fine. So 1 week ago I called office back to ask doctor if this was to happen again between now and then recommendations because I will not go back and forth to ER. by last Thursday still no call back, so I called back again and they said oh you want to schedule your follow up and I said no. They said wanted to speak with office Manager PJ is her name. Told her it all and how I still haven't received a call back. She then informed me that of course we are so sorry blah blah blah. She then told me she would get this message to doctor right away. Tomorrow it will be a week and I have heard nothing from this office. Absolutely disgusting, disrespectful and dismissive of me as a patient. I tried to look up other GI places to go in my area and this place has the monopoly on GI doctors. I wouldn't recommend to go here at all."

"Brought my daughter to MNGI for chronic vomitting, diarrhea, and lack of growth. Multiple tests and scope revealed nothing. Told no reason to come back. 1year later a surgeon looked into similar complaints and found out my daughter's intestine was narrowed to a pin point. The exact words after is they had no idea how she was able to eat anything. This is a congenital defect something she was born with and absolutely missed by the provider who scoped her."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. After explaining my symptoms he decided to tell me it's either all in my head and it's something we can treat with anti anxiety medication or it's my period. PLEASE FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE."

"This place is a joke! It's taken them over a year to diagnose me with Achalasia. I knew I had this 2 yrs ago. Doctor keeps scheduling out appointments and prescribed me pills to bandaid my symptoms. I try to call and ask why it's getting drawn out and they send me to a supervisors voicemail and they in turn never get back to me. My symptoms are getting worse and I feel like I'm dying from my health issues and all they are worried about is it getting billed properly. Not to mention my doctor has no clue what he's talking about half the time, over talked me when I was explaining my symptoms and kept trying to prescribe me muscle relaxers that I've taken in the past that do not help. You are better off going somewhere else that will actually help you heal."
