"Where do I begin?? This company is the worst company ever!! Working for this company was a joke!! The management is very rude and disrespectful. The employees were difficult and unprofessional. The pay wasn’t enough for what I was doing on a day to day basis. Not one person looked happy to be employed there. They literally don’t care about you personally your just a number. The management is also very strict . They are not sensitive to your needs and wants at all, if you have personal or a family emergency forget it you will get docked on points. Which is crazy because you can’t control these situations. Then when I left the company it got worse because I needed copies of my stubs and Cheryl was extremely disrespectful about it. She was not in anyway professional. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I called twice for them and she said that she was going to start charging me for them! I said no it’s your job and it’s free!! I honestly think that she needs to find a different job because clearly she hates the one she has. She is a miserable person!! I called to report her and of course the manager was rude as well!! They all need professional classes or some kind of help!! Hopefully my pay stubs will show up in my email. If they don’t I will call back!! I don’t recommend this company at all!! Stay away!! It’s for your own good!!"

"My husband and I had several new cabinet doors made for our townhome in 2016. We are more than thrilled with the wood doors made for our bathrooms (stained and finished), but we are so disappointed with the white painted (lacquered) doors we had made for our kitchen. We are 2 adults with no pets, so we are not hard on our house, but after less than one year, the finish on our white cabinet doors and drawers showed unreasonable wear. The painter (hired separately but recommended by DDD) was nice enough to respray the worst of them at not charge, but he did comment that he thought the company was no longer using the same product for these doors as the finish did not seem to hold. I have sent several more emails (all unanswered) recently to the company, with pictures, to show how bad my cabinets look again. Yes, we've had the doors for over 4 years, but they look 15 years old. I am so disappointed. I cannot recommend their customer service."
