"Nepotism at its best! Don’t use the service here. The Dr treated her workers like bottom feeder animals while her husband’s best friend’s daughter, hired as a receptionist, gets to demand at her colleague what to do. The worse part, this fat receptionist will beg for half of your food if she could smell it from staff’s break room. That is tax her colleagues has to pay every lunch time. The Dr has no skill of messaging, but rather hire others to do. She couldn’t afford certified message therapist, so she preys on cheaper labor with some experience to none. She will not pay OT if a staff works over 8 hours a day. She will make sure she gets all upper hands in the contract that she made her staffs signed. She will yell at her staff if they don’t sign it. If you want to go to this place, imagine the type of treatment she made to her staff vs her pretending smile at her patience. I would bring my business somewhere else. City needs to investigate staff abuse at this place asap!"

"The woman Dr. Ntxawm Muas-Lauj and her team came to a Hmong Festival to promote their business. They seem fine, like every others. They had people put their names and phone numbers into a basket for a drawing. When the time came, a small group gathered at her booth, she then started naming winners. Everything was fine until we got to the grand prize, which was a bag of rice, about 25 pounds I believe. right before she announced the winner, she saw some relative or someone she was familiar with. She greeted them OVER THE MIC, then proceed to announce the winners, Which was, as you can guess by now, the couple that she JUST greeted. They weren't even apart of the drawing, they had no clue. They just happen to stumble by, their name wasn't even in the basket either. I know it was a scam, because she didn't ask the "winner" to verify her phone numbers like she did for everyone else. She just said, "Yay! This person, I already know who she is! __name__! Yay!" then she quickly ended the drawing. It was a slap in the face for everyone waiting and a shady move on her behalf. I really dislike her. I know this didn't take place in her facility, but if she ran her booth like this, I don't think I want anything to do with a cheater like her. Thumbs down all the way."
