"I can't believe a big place like this doesn't carry in stock options for appliances. Seems to be something people need to replace quickly if they go out but you have to order. Delivery dates or even pick up dates were more than 2 weeks out. But....they have as much Vinyl plank flooring as one would need for a 50 unit apartment....just not emergency appliance replacement options. Lost out on over 4k worth of my business."
"I don’t know what is happening with this whole situation. To say this is Home Depot at its finest, is a complete joke. Everything to listening to the phone calls, which was never done on your behalf, to taking any ownership beyond the $650 offered of the $2400 we were forced to spend right before the holidays. No accountability on your installers behalf, who ripped up the carpet, forcing us to buy more carpet to replace what they had ripped up. And then, seeing a document trying to settle without even looking into the case is a further slap in the face that customer service is not a priority to Home Depot in their carpet department, as nobody is really taking in the whole story. You’re just trying to resolve this to shut us up. I will continue to pursue this through upper management, owners, the Better Business Bureau, and anyone else that will listen. I was requesting a full refund of the additional money we were forced to spend. That was $2400. I didn’t even need all of it, but a reasonable offer along with a genuine apology is all I was looking for regarding the inconvenience and multiple mistakes that were made. Seeing a Docusign sent from corporate denying an $8,000 refund was shocking as we were never negotiating a refund on the previously purchased and installed $6,000 in carpet. That is not at all what I asked or expected. We went into this whole thing with a daycare grant of $6000. The Home Depot in-store agent that my wife talked directly to, and the rep on the phone making changes, without confirming anything, asked for a payment, confirming the order right then and there. The phone rep said that was all the rooms included after asking twice. If you listen to that phone call, you will hear what that rep said that day. If you’re saying, we cannot trust, the people were talking to at Home Depot, that is a conversation in itself. Not to mention when the installers came, they ripped up all of the carpet in our house, and then told us there was not enough carpet to replace everything they had previously ripped up. At that point, what are we supposed to do? We absolutely had to replace that carpet then. I even asked them to put the old carpet back in which they told me they could not. If you guys think the hassle of this, as well as an additional three weeks through Christmas is an acceptable Home Depot policy, then I cannot say anything about it. All I can say is that I will never shop at Home Depot again, or sign anything stating I am closing this case. I have a couple people that I work with that I will be pursuing with this case. I stayed respectful towards everybody I talk to, and nobody would take accountability or apologize besides Diane. If everyone along the way, agrees with this decision, then I will continue pushing it anywhere I can. Whether it’s social media, friends, and family, upper management, Better Business Bureau. Please do not ask me to sign anything closing this case with a settlement of $650. That is a complete slap in the face and even aggravates me more as part of that was the installers damaging my walls. Nobody in this process, cares about our situation, and what we were forced to do. Home Depot is a Corporate National Company that doesn’t care about bigger issues that cost them money. Not to mention having to put $2400 on a 29% credit card through the holidays, or to mention my family burden Hope Depot caused. All anybody wants is to be heard, and to be able to trust big names like Home Depot. We will forever be Menards shoppers."
"Solid Home Depot. They have great deals on plants. Great parking. Always have good things in stock."
"I take my son with me every time we go to Home Depot in Waite Park. We love the experience and the employees are always willing to help. One of the employees even offered to give my son a small, Home Depot apron! We didn’t have enough time but I know he would have loved it!"
"Love the color we chose and thank you Jorden and Alex!Aspen Valley. Not many clerks so you have to wait."
