"Everyone very friendly and welcoming. However, check in counter surface was sticky! Mentioned to the clerk behind the counter but seemed to ignore it. The handles to the exam chair was also sticky. It surfaces seemed worn and constant wiping with wipes would leave residue, causing that uncomfortable feel to the touch. Otherwise, the exam went well. Dr was quick and attentive, listens well, and asked pertinent questions. Felt in good hands."

"I had a good experience scheduling my appointment and was greeted when I arrived. I was tested by a staff person who was friendly and explained what she was doing to prep me. Dr Chinwuba was not as friendly or helpful. She was rather abrupt and didn't introduce me to her scribe which is a courtesy that other medical doctors have extended. My appointment was because I was seeing floaters, my vision had changed since my cataract surgery 9 months prior, and I was concerned about Macular Degeneration which my mother has. Dr Chinwuba examined me listing off several comments about my condition to her scribe and then turned to me and said my vision was 20/20. When I asked for further clarification she just repeated that my vision was 20/20. I asked about the white film I saw in my eyes she said they were floaters but said nothing about what to do about them. Since my eyes were already dilated I asked if I could get the testing for a prescription that a technican does. Her reply was "No." When I asked again if I could get it done she simply said "No." An answer like "Oh, I'm sorry we are really busy today and there is no one available" or "I'll check to see if anyone can do that for you" would have been a better way to say No. I will not have an appointment with Dr Chinwuba again."
