"I had to wait over 45 minutes before even getting in to my appointment. That is far too long! I was not offered any explanation for the delay nor apology for the excessive wait time, so I can only assume it was due to over booking or staff delays. The last time I had an appointment there was also an extreme delay getting in to see Dr Schaab. Dr Schaab is a very competent doctor and knows what she is doing. She answers questions I have and explains procedures throughly. But I don’t want to sit in a waiting room for almost an hour when I made my appointment weeks in advance. At least not without being told why! Yes, it was irritating to say the least!"

"I visited Minnesota Retina Associate in September 2023. An EOB was sent to me stated that I owed a certain amount of money but without any information about payment methods. I have been trying to reach out to their billing department through phone in the last 4 months to ask how I could pay, but no one answered the phone call and just forwarded to their voice mail. No one reached out to me so far. This clinic is so suspicious, I wonder if their billing department exists."
