"Brad Hise is the best endocrinologist in the Midwest. He cares exceptionally well about getting the patient what they need. He’ll jump through hoops for ya. Also he’s excellent at writing prescriptions in a way that insurance will cover what normally wouldn’t have been. I cannot say enough positive things about him. I’d highly highly recommend you see him. Also I’m south metro and it beats goin downtown and paying for parking in a ramp."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Chow throughout both of my pregnancies & currently as I’m now type 2. He is very patient, kind, & makes me feel at ease. Dr. Chow has my best intentions to care for my type 2. It’s hard to come by these days where you can count on your provider to be thorough, responsive, & trustworthy. I truly appreciate Dr. Chow as my provider & thankful for doctors like him!"

"I have been going here since 2002. Dr Ruegemer was my doctor for 18 years and he was THE BEST. Always on time, answered messages within 48 hours, etc. Since he retired, this clinic has gone downhill. No one answers the phone when you call to make an appointment and you can't even get to a voicemail. The last t wo times I saw Dr Mattison, but the prescription is written by Dr Haglind-who I specifically asked to NOT see as she was very unprofessional and didn't even touch my neck as normal thyroid checks include that. Dr Mattison wrote down the wrong notes from a previous visit regarding my dosage-which is very clear on my bottle-and she even managed to mess it up the 2nd time I saw her. In order to get anything done, I had to go down to the office in person, no one in the waiting room, no files in the side thingy indicating patients being seen and 1 lone man behind the desk whom I handed my letter to request all my records. (Not sure why they don't answer the phone since this is what I saw) I handed the letter to him on 1/10/2024 at 4:02pm. The records showed up at my house on 1/12/2024 by 5pm. This is the fastest turnaround of anything they have done for me since Dr Ruegemer retired. (he totally deserved his retirement even though he is missed) This goes to show you that they really don't need or care about their patients, even after all this time and a quick easy appointment once a year for the last 7 years from me. "Hi friends & families. I usually don’t write reviews but today I decided to take some time to write my experience. If you care for your health, this clinic may not be for you. Here is why….rude receptionist, whenever you called, they just transferred you to a voice mail. They don’t even try to see what you need help with. Not only that, after the phone rings for a while you can tell that they put you on hold and then redirect you back to the beginning. Also, All staff are unprofessional, Dr. & nurses DON’T call you back nor follow up with you. You have to be THE ONE who does the follow-up. Whether if you have a Q’s on a lab or a simple question. In my case, I’m currently pregnant and I simply want to know if I need to continue taking my thyroid medication or not and, or if there will be a new medication for me. It’s been almost two weeks since I called (several times) and yet still have no answer which is why I am writing this review. It’s frustrating especially I have trouble breathing due to thyroid issues and morning sickness. I also spoke to the clinic manager and hoped that she could correct her stuff about this unprofessional behavior and that the staff wouldn't treat other clients like they treated me. Where I felt like I was being ignored and not cared. FYI, When you see them in person, they are nice to you but in reality they have two faces. Time to look for a new endocrinologist whom actually cared for their clients. Unfortunately; as for me, there is no other endocrinologist near where I live. This is the closest one & yet still took me about a 25-minute drive."
