"Don’t expect for DOT Physical in this location"

"I contacted the office regarding a "special diet form, which is in my file there, and had the yearly update form in my possesssion from Hennepin County, which needed to be filled out before the end of November in order to secure my food support. I spoke with a nurse who refused to devulge her name. She insisted that I would have to wait until my December 12th appointment to get it signed. I tried to convince her that all I needed was a signature and that it should not require an office visit since the original prescription was in my file. I again told her that my food support would be cut off if the form was not in before the end of November. I was not "yelling" or being disrespectful in any way. However she accused me of yelling at her and hung up on me. She then proceeded to enter disparaging information about me into my chart. I have not seen it, but a new doctor I went to did and warned me that that "behavior" would not be tolerated at his clinic and that they would cease to offer me care if I "yelled" at any of his staff. I never yelled at anyone. I have reported this incident to patient srevices."
"The tech I had, Melody, was the best! She explained everything made sure I was comfortable and was ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. I've had some bad experiences with doctors so I tend to not go as often as I am supposed to, or not at all. She made me feel very informed and relaxed. She could not have been any better! "The staff at the front desk are very rude and disrespectful. I showed up to my appointment and waited in line for 10 minutes but was turned away because they have the policy to turn people away after 7 minutes. I told them I was in line for 10 minutes but they didn't care. When I asked her to show me the policy where it says that she said she would. She couldn't find the policy and her co-worker started yelling saying she doesn't need to show me a policy I either need to reschedule or get out. I told the women she's the one who agreed to show me the policy. I stood in line for 10 minutes while a man stood there because she wouldn't tell him where to go because all he wanted was instructions for how to get COVID tested. This person could have been positive for COVID and her response to him was “i dont know, go stand in the pharmacy”"
