"I love Lifestance Health in Anoka! I have worked with Melissa Cribb (my current therapist) two different times in my life. This time around, I’ve been working with her for over a year. The first time I worked with her (about 7 years ago,) I worked with her for a few years. We ended the first time when I had felt significantly better about myself and started to value who I was. This time around, I sought her out because I had loved having her as my therapist previously. She hasn’t always been with Lifestance, but I was able to follow her when she started at Lifestance, and now see her virtually because I live up north, and she makes it work for her too. When I’ve been in the Anoka area, I know I’m always welcome to change my appointments to in-person and when I have, I appreciated the front desk staff there! Melissa has always been so attentive, and I have always felt so respected and valued by her! And I have always been able to count on the fact that she will arrive on time for our appointments (whether in person or virtual.)"

"Warren Fritze sells out the safety of his patients to the police and they use cameras to influence his patients into committing suicide, through constant attacks on boundaries and beliefs via technology bugging that cause the patient to misread reality. Its called Excited Delirium tactics. Have a lawyer on standby and be prepared to make a federal case if you choose to be seen at lifestance."

"My therapist was yawning constantly and falling asleep during my session. He seemed to have no knowledge on what I was inquiring about, and then you get charged $100 after insurance. Total waste, this is why people are skeptical of therapy and never go back"

"The therapists are caring and supportive. But since lifestance took over, the billing is goofy. And it doesn't say it on the text you get, but, the cancelation isn't 24 hours anymore it's 48 or you get charged. I'm pretty much done with them at this point. Have been a client for family innovations for close to 10 years and 1 year with the new company and I'm out. Big business isn't always the best business."

"The therapist was fine, but based on their operations and billing practices, I don’t recommend them. My daughter hasn’t been there in over two years and I just got a bill for over $126. The stress and anxiety this business causes will cause anyone to need therapy."
