"The interviewer was very clear in her explanations regarding options. She did not claim to know the answers to everything but would get further information as needed. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. She gave good information that I could take away and think about it."
"This was only my second time going to any pain clinic. The only reason why I switched from my old clinic is because I Had to start paying out of pocket and Cant afford it. However, the PA who did my first initial visit started judging me from the moment she walked in. I can tell that she definitely wanted to treat me like a drug addict right off back, and that is not acceptable at all. I have never had an issue with any of my treating physicians, and I refuse to start going to a place where I will be treated any different, also, I feel like they should change the dynamics of the place. It feels a little like a hospital/treatment facility . she also wanted to do a drug test on me The very first time she met me, even though she did not prescribe anything to me that Visit and my prior treating doctor had just did one a couple of days ago. Nothing nothing is anything to worry about I just didn’t see a Purpose for it besides the judgmental aspect of it. she also told me that she would request some type of records from my doctor, which is OK and she questioned why I had any concern. It was a red flag because she was telling me one thing, but when I read the paper she wanted to know more, which I have no problem with it just does not make sense. You can tell when a person wants to judge you and she wants to build something against me versus building a relationship with me as a patient not acceptable."
"Samantha Lahr is an amazing provider who really listens and truly cares about her patients ! I’ve had 4 spinal fusion surgeries, so sadly I am a chronic pain patient. She works with you to set up a care plan, whether it’s trigger injections or pain pumps, they work hard to get you feeling better. I always feel heard when I tell her what’s been going on. All of the staff in Edina are awesome from front desk to the nurses! Thanks for truly caring about your patients!"
"I had my appointment with Dr. Pisansky. This appointment was regarding a bit of a different problem than I saw him for last year. He is competent and has good communication skills. I would highly recommend him for back pain, which I've been treated for."
"I am a new patient to the Twin Cities Pain Clinic. I was first greeted by the receptionist Monica. What an efficient and nice welcoming woman. After a very short wait I was taken back to a room and was soon seen by Dr. Sherri Hass. She immediately put me at ease with her calm and caring manner. Dr. Haas spent a lot of time looking through the records of my last surgeon. She actually was skimming through close to 200 pages. She asked a lot of questions and carefully listened to all of my answers. Never once did I feel that she was critical of my last pain management program from my doctor of 13 years back in Chicago. I think I have found my new pain management doctor. What a relief. Thank you, Dr. Haas."
