"Hands down the best rental company in Hot Springs Village. The property was beautiful and just what we were looking for. They help immediately if something needs to be fixed. They know what they are doing and take it seriously. If you are in the area and looking for property management or long or short term rental I would not use anyone else."

"Well I would advise not renting with this HSV rental mgmt company for the following reasons from our rental of 5 Paterna Lane stay in Hot Springs Village: 1) HVAC system can’t cool down home in the summer and needs service or replacement. A clear sign the rental mgmt team is not on top of their rental issues. 2) Kitchen refrigerator can’t maintain an average cool setting and food is unsafe to keep in it….their answer is they provided a very small refrigerator about 1/3 the size of the existing one. This means that will likely not accommodate your needs for food and drinks. It could not handle our 2 person needs. 3) Outside deck area upon arrival was a dirty mess and not cleaned up as expected for any rental opportunity. Upon contacting them they did clean up the area but clients should not have request a clean-up upon arrival. A clear sign of lax rental property mgmt. I had a rental property in Hot Springs Village for 15 years. Our rental property mgmt team were on top of these issues and we resolved them as needed to maintain a great rental experience."

"Rented 5 Paterna Lane, a well equipped and super clean house. Hot Springs Vacation Rentals and the Tee Time office could not have been nicer. I definitely recommend renting from them."

"I have been up here several times. Everybody is exceptionally nice and accommodating. Every place I stayed in, townhouse or house, was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The only complaint was lack of information about things to do. Map of the Village is very basic. GPS sometimes doesn't work so I always have a map or have downloaded one to my phone " just in case". Arkansas is beautiful. The people make it special!!"
