M Health Fairview Urgent Care - Andover

"Brought my daughter in yesterday with a fever and suspicions that she had another ear infection. Had to wait 45 minutes in the room after the nurse took her vitals for the doctor to show up, in which time, my daughter started getting fussier and fussier from being in more and more pain. I told the nurse we suspected an ear infection, as she’s had them before, but the doctor instead ran useless tests and made us wait longer. Once he was there, he was dismissive of questions, gave very little detail of what was happening, and was not nearly as thorough as other urgent cares we’ve been to before. He confirmed it was an ear infection, but had the poorest bedside manner of any medical staff that’s interacted with my daughter. Even if the wait is better here, go to any other urgent care in the area."

"Got me in, out, taken care of. I'm looking forward to coming back here the next time I'm under the weather."

"Showed up 50 mins before closing due to concerns with eye surgery I recently had, and I was turned away because "they reached their cap." There were no other cars out in the parking lot, people in the wait room, or doctors in sight. If you are going to have arbitrary restrictions for giving people emergency care, no matter how major or minor, you should refocus your hours, staffing, or incentives. I am very disappointed at the care and treatment at this facility. If you have any medical concerns, please DO NOT waste your time driving to this location."

"Don't go here unless it is an emergency and you can't make it to a better urgent care. Turning away a sick child an hour before you close because you already met your patient quota for the day? Unconscionable."

"Show up 90 minutes before closing time. There are 5 cars in the lot. One person in the waiting room. Three employees visible. They told me they were full. (Apparently there were a lot of invisible patients.) One of the employees tells me to go to another urgent care down the road. Says they're open until 8. I drive there and it's long been closed. So much for urgent or care."
