"I was diagnosed by Dr. Stefanik with needing a posterior capsulotomy, after having the procedure done at Twin Cities Eye consultants they told me to get a follow up appointment with Dr Stefanik in 3-4 weeks. I called to make the appointment and was informed that Dr Stefanik does not do follow ups for this procedure. What a joke, she can diagnose but not follow up? Time for a new eye Dr!"

"Knew my insurance was accepted when other vision centers said it's XYZ so we don't take it (even though the backing insurance company was accepted). The Dr. actually took the time to dial in my prescription and listen to me - fixing the absolute horrible prescription I got at a different clinic. Finally, since they didn't have the exact contact prescription in stock, the Dr ordered a trial pair for me to ensure they are right BEFORE I spend $$$ on contacts. Highly recommend."

"Thank you so much for putting me on hold for the last 15 minutes. And now your closed. And I try one more time and I get put on hold again without even able to speak. What amazing customer service. If you don't have time to help make a appt in 15 min say so. Don't leave a person hanging."

"Very disappointed when trying to get my glasses repaired at the Elk River Walmart Vision center. A newer employee I had never seen in my 6 years of going to the vision center said I was never even in the computer and have never gotten any glasses at this location which was pure ridiculousness, I've gotten 2 pair there, and have had exactly 3 repairs done there. She (Diane) wasn't cordial at all and would give me no proof I had never been there except she said I hadn't been. A very frustrating situation that left me with no other choice but to bring my needs elsewhere. If it's a computer issue that they are having then they need to get it repaired, but after reading reviews and other's stories, it's a reoccurring theme and I'm guessing since they have a 2.8 review score there's many more people who are definitely unsatisfied with there services."

"Make sure you bring something to keep you occupied while you wait. The Elk River Vision Center is under staffed and it tales a while to get what you need done. Other than the long waiting periods, especially on the weekend ends, everything else (service and products) is great!"
