I explained my purchase of glasses 4 years prior to this appointment and how I put the glasses away in a drawer as I could not get used to the progressive lenses. After a few minutes they discovered that the glasses were not correct resulting in my looking in the wrong place causing me to be dizzy and nauseous. Very through examination with a very professional, caring eye doctor and I ordered new lenses. Picked up my glasses a week later and have wore them daily since without any issue getting used to the progressive lenses. Throughly satisfied and will return for a yearly exam."

"Docs are great and I’ve enjoyed working with Lisa, however I’ve seen a decline in service recently which is disappointing. I’ve always had a positive experience and have been a customer for quite sometime. Ordering the glasses was frustrating, there was little explanation to what I was getting and what my options were. Picked the glasses up today and there was no care about whether the glasses felt properly or not. When I asked about the fit I was told, “do they feel like they are going to fall off”? I asked if I would get a spray cleaning kit and was told no, “they’re too cheap”. It was a nice perk while it lasted and with the cost of my glasses I’m sure I paid for it."
