"Review update Feb 1, 2024: I purchased a mod I thought was new about a year ago. It had 1,600 puffs on it when I added batteries and turned it on, but I kept it. A couple days later the screen went out but still worked otherwise. Took it back to get a replacement because the purchase was due to the screen going out on the other one. He gave me a hard time until I mentioned it was not new and had 1,600 puffs on it when I bought it. He then gave me a replacement. Two weeks ago, I went in and bought 4 MXJO batteries. They were in the plastic tubes in the display case but not in the original packaging. I cannot prove it, but I've been buying these batteries for years and know how long they last in my vape when they are new. I can go all day long without changing them. The 4 "new" ones drained unequally in my vape and lasted half a day. There is absolutely NO WAY ON EARTH these 4 batteries were new and unused. I have a drawer full of used ones, so I know. I suggest visiting another vape store that doesn't cheat its customers. I'm not an idiot and could buy everything from this store online much cheaper, but I like supporting local businesses. Honest businesses. This is not a business that deals honestly with its customers. ------------------------------------------- It's always a pleasure dealing with this local business. "This has been my best experience at any vape shop in the garland area. For one the employees actually seemed to be interested in helping me and not just taking my money. I’ve been to a few shops in town where I was insulted based on my shoe choice and made fun of even. Customer service Phenomenal. Prices were great and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. If I had a choice I wouldn’t go anywhere else!"

"This may be one of the very few reviews on here that will get 5 stars and here's why: This place is just amazing, hands down. I started vaping about a year or so ago and Keith has been an absolute godsend when it comes to information. He wont lie to you or try to sell you on something you wont like/need, he's very honest. The shop is clean and very well laid out, and he has a schnauzer who is probably gonna want a petting from you so look out, haha. But seriously ask for Keith, he's there and he will make your experience in this industry so good, it will spoil you to a whole new level."

"Great customer service. Keith runs his shop like an old time General Store. He is very knowledgeable about his products, takes time to answer any questions, and is patient and personable. He knows his regular customers and makes everyone feel right at home. While I'd probably buy just about anything from this guy, he never comes across as pushy or salesman-like. He gives advice like that cool uncle we all have or wish we had--no strings attached, always benevolent. He loves the business and enjoys the people. Highly recommend this store!"
