"Bad service"

"Ever since the merger, it takes 30+ min wait time to make an appt via phone. Their mychart consistently glitches while making appts online. Also, Fairview in general has become too agenda pushing over the yrs. A pediatrician in Aug of 2017 named Jessica wanted my insurance to pay for an appt specifically so we could debate vaccinations just because I didn't want my son to receive vaccines due to family medical history. Both my mom in the 70s and I in 2011 were injured by vaccines. My mom almost died from encephalitis from the MMR vaccine. I have had other more recent unprofessional encounters with doctors who disregard family medical history for their own judgemental assumptions or agenda pushing. Some of these physicians have too big of an ego for their proffession. It is called "practicing medicine" for a reason...because these physicians will never be all knowing due to the medical field ever evolving with information. The nails on the head were you losing your phenomenal pediatrician, Dr. Amy Fair, and then not allowing my oldest son a mask exemption for baseball when he has certain disabilities that are very valid reasons for not being able to wear one during such sports. Mind you, I never asked for a mask exemption for anything else, but this sport. They do have some really awesome nurses and OBGYNs, but have driven many other good doctors away. Sad how Fairview has changed and not in a positive way."
