"This was something like my 10th upper and lower EGD as an early 30's with Lynch Syndrome. I've been to several providers, in several states, and even in Germany. I can without hesitation say that MNGI was the best experience I've had. My entire family goes here and I am very glad I switched based on their recommendation. Also, Dr. Kaminsky is incredible, I highly recommend him."
"My wife has been hospitalized several times due to her ulcerative colitis. Each time Her MNGI doctor has not once followed up with her about her condition. She was put on Rinvoke (or however you spell it) and it did wonders for her. Fast forward almost a month later- to her running out and trying to get a refill, and this doctor (Vanhandle) hasn’t responded. We’re in the ER right now because of her pain. I don’t usually write reviews. But this clinic is may be good for some, but for my wife they’ve been a complete let-down. If you get his doctor assigned to you, ask for a different one. Maybe the short-comings are only from him and his direct staff, and the other doctors in the clinic are hopefully better."
"A great experience ruined by poor management. I loved my service at MNGI, the doctors and nursing staff are world class. However the business team is severely lacking. Its not the fault of any individual member, but is clearly a lack of adequate training in their software. My experience with billing has been horrible, bills have not been sent to me, and the entire staff seems unable to resolve the issue. Both paper and paperless bills have never been sent to me. I have spent several days being sent back and forth through a kafkque-esqe maze of several providers, only to be sent back to them for an issue that they need to resolve. This is caused by the staff being unaware of their own system works. My guess is that they were never properly trained. It should not be the patients responsibility to go call the service provider, in order to do tech support on their doctors systems. This has led to me being sent to collections for a small bill I would have easily paid if I had been made aware. This is not even the first time I have had to go through these issues. I understand that medical billing is complicated, but in all honesty this is not my issue to deal with . This has effected my credit, and if this is not corrected soon I will have to seek other remedies. If anyone from MNGI is reading this please contact me I am very willing to describe in closer detail, what had happened to me and how easily this can be resolved. Update: I was contacted by MNGI and to my shock I was overcharged an additional $363. My issues has been escalated and I was refunded my money. Billing still has not been set up properly."
"Everyone at MNGI Maple Grove was respectful and kind. They made my experience the best it could be. On my check in form they had an option to put my pronouns, and they read and respected them. I was very nervous to have my IV put in due to bad past experiences in hospitals. Lisa, who was the person who put in my IV was gentle, kind and listened to every concern I had with empathy and respect. The other nurse, I don’t remember her name, she had brown hair and bangs, with a Christmas tree pin. She was very helpful answering my questions, and so kind and patient with me. Everyone was top notch, I felt safe, taken care of, and comfortable the whole time. The staff was happy, the music they had playing was nice, and my blanket was even warm. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and staff who made it a good experience. I’ll be recommending this place."
