"I read the previous reviews before deciding to head over to this Urgent care after testing positive for Covid yesterday. The waiting room is small and they do prioritize patients with bigger problems/health conditions in front of those more stable -- duh, who wouldn't expect that? But I really liked my experience with all of the staff overall! I checked in online ahead of time before heading over. I arrived around 10:10am. I was called back around 10:40am for vitals and to speak with the RN. (They were busy with lots of Covid) The PA probably came in to see me at 11:10, which compared to other urgent care offices is fast, and I wasn't one of the worst cases there today. I did kinda wish they had a cell phone policy where they could text me to come in from my car when the RN was about to come out for me, only because the waiting room was rather small and kinda busy. Felt very confident in the advice and knowledge of the staff that saw me."
