"Recently, I went to TCO Urgent Care in Excelsior due to a severe neck issue. The reception staff, Dan and Lena, were extremely efficient, kind and friendly. As I waited to be seen, a medical emergency took place. Everyone was professional and responsive to the person in need, but also to those of us waiting to be seen either for Urgent Care or PT. Dan and Lena did an amazing job making sure everyone understood the delays and checked to see if anyone needed anything. After the emergency was cared for, I was lucky enough to meet with Travis Urbatch, PA-C. Travis did a great job working with me, making me feel comfortable with the situation and what was going on with my neck. I was able to gain the information I needed, get the help and support I needed and walked away feeling great about choosing TCO Urgent Care-Excelsior. I highly recommend this location for Urgent care needs and PT."

"Great advice good people. The PA diagnosed an IT Band inflammation and suggested rest & ice compress. My main concern was if my replacement hip or knee were involved with the pain. The answer was no! I've had both knees, both hips & a shoulder replaced, and I am still very active. TCO is great ."
