"I did not have a good experience. My hand issue has been on going for 2 years. I visited a medical professional who referred me to this specialist because he said I had a cyst and needed an ultrasound and aspiration. I had X-rays taken at the orthopedic office and Dr O’keefe came in. He sat back in the chair asked what made me think I had a cyst (with a slight eye roll) he then showed a me my X-ray and said, no cyst, no arthritis(rather bluntly) He said it’s probably just over use and to take ibuprofen. That’s it! What about a CT or ultrasound that actually detects a cyst? How about actually touching the area I was told I had a cyst. Or exploring more reasons why I have this pain, like maybe tendon issues. What a waste of time and money! Why should I be billed for a visit that was so blatantly wrong on so many levels. He spent less than 10 minutes with me, didn’t ask any questions, seemed annoyed and blew me off. This type of medical care/treatment is unacceptable."

"Dr O’Keefe gave a thorough exam of my knee and then gave me options. I had heard from so many many people that cortisone shots in the knee were extremely painful but I did choose that route. I had no pain during the injection and as I was waiting for the pain to hit he was already taking the needle out and putting a bandage on my knee. I will recommend to everyone to go to Dr O’Keefe. In fact my husband is making an appointment to go see him."
