"Thankfully I don't live there. I was delivering food thru door dash to someone there and the lack of lighting and the fact that the buildings aren't numbered where you can see, it is a huge concern for security/safety. Then as I'm driving around, I see the dumpsters overflowing with trash. Looks very trashy to me."

"Our experience with this apartment complex has been absolutely dreadful. My daughter moved out in July, but her account was debited for August rent / utilities without her knowledge or consent. It is now late October and despite the 17 emails and 8 phone calls, we have still yet to receive the August overpayment or our security deposit. I’ve called and emailed the apartment complex multiple times as well as the management company and the owner. We are now taking them to court to recover our money and possibly pursuing this as a criminal matter through the AG’s office. What a disgrace. Quick update - even after posting this and getting confirmation from the management, we still have not received our money back. We gave them every opportunity to make this right. We deserved much better treatment than this."

"As highlighted by recent other reviews, this apartment complex has mainly become unsafe. Leaving residents without basic needs for over 24 hours, in 34-degree temps, with no heat, no hot water, and no electricity. Further, the upkeep and basic amenities described in the lease contract are not being met. However, at the time of the events mentioned above, management had decided to disconnect the emergency maintenance phone. It took contacting city, county, state, and other officials to get a timely response to see when we might receive power again. Also, the news has been poking around about this issue. It’s a matter of public safety. Also, what are they going to do about unsafe food? What are they going to do about the loss of power? Internet? Other issues are not being addressed, and it’s endemic to the behavior of this holding company, management, and the property owner. Leaving residents in this weather and in these conditions is unacceptable. Further, there have been larger infestations of bugs, fleas, and mold. With literal mold brown on most, if not all, my vents, it concerns public health. Also, not to mention my air filters have not been changed since moving into this apartment on 09/22!"

"Its cheap and you get what you pay for. I lived here in 2021-2022 and it was great other than my roommates. This year however has not been great. Maintenance issues, lease issues, payment issues, and more. My car has been hit and broken into. We don't have outside lights or hall lights half the time. But the icing on the cake was being without power and heat when it's 30° outside and management ignoring people who called. No answers on why the power was out, just that they knew. Entergy showed no outages so there's no reason our power should have been off for 24 hours with no communication from management/Maintenance"
