"Terrible phone app consistently crashes. Virtual visits are nearly impossible to get to work. And it’s not my end. It was theirs. I spent more time waiting for the nurse to figure out how a microphone works than actually talking about what I made the appointment for. Then their schedulers are some of the most dense moronic people I’ve ever had speak to. Seriously, I have no idea how anyone thought those people would be able to handle a customer service role. They should probably work jobs that don’t require talking to other people. Also after nearly every visit I get inundated with multiple survey emails asking for my opinion. Including the one that brought me here. To review on google. Allina, your facilities are understaffed, unmaintained, filled with furniture from the 60s that are falling apart and your apps are unreliable. I hate surveys. Still a hell of a lot better than Fairview though, so they have that going for them."

"I have been receiving my primary care at this Allina location for many years. I have always had an excellent experience. The medical team are knowledgeable and take the time to listen. The lab is quick & efficient, often providing results even before I return home from my visit (I live less than 10min from the clinic). Finally, the administrative team is also outstanding. The receptionists are friendly, thorough, and extremely helpful (they'll book & fix future appointments, etc.). If you are looking to find a clinic (or make a switch from your existing one), I would highly recommend the team at Alliance in Ramsey!"

"I had an appointment with Nicole Krummel, NP, at the Ramsey Allina Clinic on 10/23/23. I was unable to schedule an appointment with my primary care physician, or any other physician, at the Champlin Allina Clinic where I typically see the doctor. Using the Allina website allowed me to search for appointments available as soon as possible at 4 clinics near me. Nicole K. was an extremely friendly and professional young woman. She was easy to talk to and understood what I was there for. She was very thorough and explained why she was ordering labs, what the results were, and how I should move forward involving my primary care physician. I was very impressed with Nicole K., her nurse, and all the staff with whom I interacted. If need be, I would return to Ramsey Allina Clinic again."

"Front desk staff are usually quick to help you and the nurse usually comes within a minute of you checking in. Tiffany Anderson has been my primary for 20 yrs and when she came to this clinic, I chose to follow her and drive a lot more to see her as she is a great doctor. I have had bad Drs in the past and my medical isn't easy but she always finds ways to help me and she always believes me and doesn't just tell me I'm making it up cause my medical doesn't follow or am in their books , I'm the rare one they end up writing the books about to help others."
