"The services of this company have gone downhill over the last 30 months. Constant excuses on management not arriving during work hours, leaving work at least 90 minutes early for automation to catch calls, months late rent receipts and am attitude of negligence and entitlement afforded by the protections of wealth, land ownership, and political connection. Good units but lousy workforce."

"I can't live at HUD anymore because she sabotaged me. She said I never reported that I worked when I did, she said she was the manager who signed my lease when it wasn't it was a man who was the old manager and forgot to finish my new tenant file or something, that my food stamps counts as income, she couldn't evict me for no reason so she found one to take my cheap rent away because I was a high risk pregnancy and couldn't work or do community service. That left me homeless with a toddler and newborn. There was so much she was doing wrong I kept it all in a folder. She knows people like us are too poor to sue. I tried opening an investigation but its their word against ours. They neglected to fix my AC for days at peak summer while I was very pregnant, and neglected to fix a water leak coming from the bathroom light for 2 months. I look at Daynas Facebook and its all about hating poor people. What the hell is she even doing there. that's sick and she abuses her authority to feel powerful"

"Patricia free talks down to people as if she's better than eveyone she's extremely selfish one-sided and does not want to help single moms who are trying to better themselves for their children. she shouldn't judge us off of our pass and let it affect our future I guess she doesn't understand what it's like to be a single mom and to have no place to go with your children. she's extremely inconsiderate and she wouldn't explain anything for me to understand everything was management talk, my heart broke because she didn't have no consideration over my situation so thank you van buren Housing Authority for the discrimination against single moms"

"Okay word of advice. If you want a place to live, DO NOT go thru the housing authority. They expect you to have your house completely spotless. Your eviction date gives you literally three days. If you want someone on your lease after you move in, you might as well just move out. They don't put anyone on the lease until 2 months plus whatever more time you have to wait. Its only at their convenience. And your neighbors are rude. And all tweaking out their windows. AND IM GETTING KICKED OUT?? It took me six months to finally get a call back to even get this apartment. Its hell to keep. My neighbors don't like me BC I'm young. So they snitch and wanna treat me like I'm five. I'm 18. I have friends come over EVERYDAY. When the pest control guy came to do the apartment, he said I had someone else living there. Actually, I had my soon-to-be-husband over. And he had just gotten there maybe five minutes before the guy showed up. And its ridiculous that one of my neighbors wants to call the cops BC my parents were having a conversation outside and she wanted to stick her nose up my dads ass and he told her how it was. And another thing, if you're having trouble with your bills, you might get rid of your pet. BC that's $100 every month. That's not including taking care of your pet. Can't hardly pay the rent? Might as well move back in with your mom. Also, who puts their washer and dryer in the kitchen not even next to the other? These apartments are so out dated. I'm out. BTW I got kicked out BC my boyfriend brought his dog over for a couple hours so I could see her. That's pathetic. So moral: Don't rent from the housing authority they don't care."
