"I went to see Mike for hip discomfort. Right away I knew from Mike's personality that he would be a great fit for me. He's knowledgeable, explains things very well, extremely personable and a great person. Over the course of a our 3 months of seeing Mike every 1-3 weeks, he helped me alleviate any hip pain I had. I am back to lifting and running like my true self. Mike also taught me some valuable exercises to help address any hip pain I may have. That will be incredibly useful for me going forward.
