"UPDATED I purchased a new 2022 Tahoe Z71 in Feb 22 w/ a premium tire & wheel pkg & extended warranties. No major issues the first 18 months besides the service department wait times. To get routine service scheduled we delt with 2 week+ wait times. A screw in the tire required an all day drop off. After one oil change the vehicle leaked oil & we had to work our schedule around another all day drop off. Minor things I was willing to let slide until my most recent issue. Nov 23 we were preparing for a 1k mile+ trip out of state. I noticed the tires had wear on the outer edge like it was out of alignment. Our routine oil change was coming up due, so we scheduled it & expressed our concerns with the wear on the tires. When it was scheduled & again when it was dropped off we asked them to check the alignment. The advisor stated the alignment was good. He advised us to rotate the tires per usual during routine maintenance, so we did. In Jan 24 we scheduled service for a recall. We brought up again to the advisor our tires had abnormal wear & it was driving rough. He told us there is no issues with alignment & the tire wear was normal due to "soft factory" tires. Again, we paid for premium wheels & tires. He suggested we replace the tires. He stated this tire wear was common on Z71s. He was very eager to quote us for new tires, we declined at that time due to concerns that something more was wrong. Feb 14, 24 I got a low rear passenger tire msg to my phone. I aired up the tire & called Orr to schedule repair. They stated they could only repair it if we dropped it off for the day. Our schedule did not permit this so we called a Chevy dealer in VB. They got us in immediately & had it fixed within an hour. While they had it we asked them to confirm the car was in alignment. By now all 4 tires have extreme wear & the ride was progressively worsening. The report showed it is extremely out of alignment & in the red with toe & camber issues. We contacted Orr immediately via phone. The service mgr stated he would align it for us but we needed to purchase new tires. At that time we had 22k miles on the vehicle. Jerald, svc Mgr, spoke very poorly to my wife & had nothing more to offer. The next day I called & request to speak to the Gen Mgr. I received a call back the same day around 11:45AM. Eric stated he was aware of the issue & has discussed it with his service mgr. Between them they agreed we needed new tires or an alignment would be a waste. I asked him what happened back in Nov 23 when I was told there was no alignment issue. Eric then explained they never put it on the rack to check alignment, instead they checked steering & suspension components for tightness. Per Eric, they are supposed to drive the vehicle through a machine that indicates an alignment issue & provide a colored diagram print out. He himself could not explain why this was not done. I expressed to him that I felt we were not only owed an alignment, but tires as well. His service staff failed multiple times to do what we requested. On top of that, we rotated the tires as suggested during routine maintenance, & all 4 tires are now bad. UPDATE. Eric and his staff stepped up to the plate and presented a solution that was fair to both parties. I feel this was a learning experience for both parties and appreciate Eric and the staff taking the time to rectify the situation. At the end of the day Eric took the time to solve a customers issue and turned a complaint into a compliment. For the time being they have kept a customer and I will continue to use Orr for my service needs."

"Jim Knapp was our sales consultant and he was amazing! What a great place from the time you pull up, you are not looking for someone to help you they come to you! And Jim was spectacular since my mother and I just totaled out a car on the 24th of January and I hurt my knee pretty bad and couldn’t walk very fast. He was very patient. Never acted like it was taking up his time, or I was going too slow for him. Very knowledgeable in his business, and great with customers! Great personality and loves his family a lot as he talked about them a lot! ❤️ Then we reached the finance manager, and let me tell you all it’s late in the day, but, Ray Moore was very friendly, knowledgeable, and never rushed us to get out the door.
