"I found a cute house in Alma a few years back .. I'm on SSI and didn't draw but the average check. Around 700 ten years ago.. anyway it was hackers property. I was denied on that house because of my income.. they said I could rent the apartments at the bottom of tony and susans at the time at Dyer.. and Alma south. Even though my income is low I still like to live in a nice place and I always pay rent first and then let God take over the rest.. why not consider every applicant unique and not a drone.."

"Stuck up and rude lady at the office. Not so sure they’re not part of the scams that take place at their properties. I viewed one for someone to pull up demand the deposit but I wasn’t familiar with his name so I told him no. He pulled a gun the cops are called dude bailed and when I said something to the owners they said it happens all the time."

"Not a good experience. Very short and almost demeaning. Hopefully at some point someone in the company will develop an understanding of conversational intelligence. Definitely avoid unless necessary….even then think twice!"

"Terrible one of my friends used to rent from these people and the floors were terrible ugly patchy different colored carpets and I figured after years things would change we were gonna rent from them but again the floors were terrible and ugly the house had roaches and there was a hole in the floor where the washer and dryer go! We got rejected for the house over something that happened in 2018 and weren’t even given the benefit of the doubt! I’ve heard from many people hackler properties is a slum lord and to be far I don’t doubt it one bit! Providing cheap rent houses bc they don’t want to fix their properties they just want the money in their pockets there wasn’t even central heat and air window units and a well heater was all you got!"
