"My daughter and I went in there to have her new phone activated that we bought online. We were greeted by the Manager when we walked through the door. When we explained what we were there for, he was rude. It seemed like he thought that we were stupid and didn't know how to activate it. The email that we received stated that we needed to go to the store. Then he stated that it would cost $29 to transfer my daughters stuff from her old phone to her new phone. We have never been charged to transfer our phones in the store. My opinion is that he didn't want to help us because we didn't buy the phone in the store. All customers should be treated the same, even if they don't buy in the store."

"Absolutely disgusting behavior. Went in on an old billing issues on a device that had been returned months prior was called a liar told I had to prove it was sent back and owed. When pushed back and told why do I need to do YOUR job they kicked me out of the store then agent called my place of employment to try to have me fired. I am suing this location for slander. And trying to have me fired on a LIE .. corporate office located device was returned 12-19-23 something rep could have done but alas do NOT go here"
