"Parking isn't adequate for the west side parking lot for townhouse renters. Every month spraying for water roaches is ridiculous. Random car alarms going off as well frequently during the night gets old as well."

"Lived at this complex almost 2 years ago. Manager was very rude and lost leases very frequently. I creased my rent 225 dollars on the 30th day of month. Moved out because of it qmd got charged 1000 dollars cause landlord lost 30 day notice and kept my deposit charged me a cleaning fee which was not required cause I cleaned it with bleach before I left. Qmd also charged me another month of rent when I no longer lived there and has now sent account to collections and would not give me the owners number to call them and tell them what was going on to try and get it handled. Manager also lost my lease twice and then just automatically put me on month to month which cost more each month. And also tried to have my car towed"

"I have lived here almost a year I'm 74 i have congested heart failure along with other diseases which makes it real hard for me to grow up and down the stairs I'm in an upstairs apartment it was okay until three weeks ago my son was coming over doing my laundry getting my groceries and carry them up and down the staircase but the manager showed up at my door and said he had to leave the property he was banned the only reason he gave me was he didn't like his looks whatever that means I asked him what about me he said you keep looking at me and talkin to me you'll be evicted to what my my son did not live here he lives with his fiance in Greenwood he just comes up to help me did live here my I enjoy my apartment in fact I have painted clean apartment was not clean when I moved in yet he held a $300 cleaning deposit but I had to come in and has all kinds of stuff in here had to clean it down and clean I even bought a new faucet for the bathroom four five months ago and I cannot get him to them to install it I can install it since you won't let my son come back he can install it I'm going to stay as long as he doesn't prevent me I've never been one day like on my rent I keep the apartment very claim I have painted I've got lots of stuff in here that I've never asked them to help me with the reimburse me for cuz my son was doing it for me I have bought a faucet for my bathroom and my son didn't have the right tools my bathroom faucet is all rusted corroded filthy and I can't get anybody to change it out I bought the faucet myself $45 I did not ask them to reimbursement I just asked him if they would put it on and they still have not done it he's been over for months. The place was overrun with cockroaches I've spent a couple hundred dollars or so getting rid of those from bringing things and then ask them so what do I do"

"Read the reviews. Anyone giving more than 1 star is not or was not a recent Tennant. Manged by Trinity and has no maintenance man on site. Manager is a bit or miss at the location because she also manages multiple places. Bug and rodent infested. Took us 7 months to get a toilet fixed, also took 7 months to get a smoke detector for the upstairs. Our home was falling into the creek that is next to it. We have pictures of all the issues as proof. Also have all text messages to prove that we did report issues. Department of health will not investigate so owners must have someone on the payroll. Horrible place to live, not because of the area, but because of the management / owners."

"Love the manager. I live in the apartments in Van Buren but she is the property manager over here also. She is quick to tend to any problems or fix anything that needs it, that they are responsible for fixing. When it's something major they are usually there within a couple of hours. She is super understanding when It comes to things like needing to pay rent a couple days late if necessary (if you pay rent like you should and don't screw them on rent) Never really likes apartments/townhouses but I like it here and the manager."
