"I was seen at the Monticello location on 1/25. The doctor I saw gave me a diagnosis and prescribed medication to treat my eye. Told me if I wasn’t better within a couple days to call him back. I waited almost a week - no improvement. I called his office last week two days in a row to let them know. They seemed annoyed that I called. They didn’t schedule me for a follow up and I still haven’t heard back from them a week later. Luckily, I was able to be seen by a different doctor at a different clinic who, not surprisingly, disagreed with my initial diagnosis and treatment plan. So I would highly discourage anyone from seeking care here."
