"This place lacks competent management. They never have a repair man, the landscaping looks like garbage 90% of the time, there are old dirty mattresses stacked up behind some of the dumpsters and are just continuing to grow into a mountain of mattresses because most of these apartments have bed bugs and roaches, they never answer the office phone and constantly go through managers because the only ones they hire are to dumb and lazy to properly manage a apartment complex."

"Lived here for about a year and got wrote up about every little thing. This place is a joke and they don’t fix anything. Got in trouble for having paint on the floors even though they were there when we moved in. They just pain over everything and it started peeling and we got blamed for it. We have mold growing on all of our windows from the inside. We were paying 800 dollars a month for this and it is pitiful. When we first moved in they told us that there are no assigned parking. A month after living here we got in trouble about where we were parking. I do not recommend this place to anybody especially if you have kids and living on low income."

"Dont do it unless you have to. Roland police write lots of tickets. Had water leak for 6 months they did nothing about it. We went from a 45 monthly water bill for six months to a 120 bill the first sign of the leak and then had to pay an extra 40 late on the bill. Then the bill was 222.47 for last month... November. Keep in mind they have no modern amenities, and could not even walk to our from apartment using the sidewalk without getting your shoes soaked or walk through the grass because it was quickly a huge mud hole. Or water got shut off and within 24 hours everything was dry. W proved to the office or was our water leak by turning it back on and within 20 minutes all the water was back. LOL"

"I lived here for over a year now and I'm finally leaving this horrible place! I went without A/C for over 2 months in the summer & I have 3 young children. They put in one window A/C in my living room for all 3 bedrooms. They made multiple false allegations against me, accusing me of leaving cigarettes all over the place when no one in my family smokes. I thought false allegations was against the HUD guidelines. I could go on but I do not recommend this place especially if you have young children!"

"New update we still have the same landlord Jamie which is still great and not long after my last post we got another landlord Karla she is also a great landlord the best one so far she is really trying to turn this place around. But of course when you get someone good and doing what their supposed to do and trying to get good people in here. The tenants that are not doing good and trying to scam this place and doing drugs. Don't like having good landlords here that actually care for this place. And are trying to get the good landlords fired by making stuff up and calling the people that work above. The landlords that are here now are doing a great job. And to not have them here would be a major lose for garden walk of Roland. I will also be raising my star one solely because of Karla. But she deserves to have five. Update to my last post about gardenwalk we finally right now have a good landlord Jamie and maintenance guy Robert they just need the support from people higher up that need to do their job the correct way. But I'm keeping my Starz right now the same not because of the landlord and maintenance guy but because of the the people that work above them Some very messed up things are going on in Gardenwalk and suspicious and it's not from the tenants."
