"My apartment is pretty nice and I like it a lot. But management here sux!! If anything breaks at your apartment be ready to be your own maintenance. I have been waiting 2 years to get my apartment fixed. Have put in many maintenance requests but nothing has been fixed. And maintenance is very rude. When you talk to them about a problem you have. The office people are rude also. My advice is, don’t rent here!!"

"I had a disappointing experience with the Apartments. I moved in May and paid rent until June. However, the maintenance crew entered my apartment in the month of may without permission and threw away my daughter's bedroom set and brand new toys. The complex initially agreed to reimburse me for these items, but now management is refusing to pay and ignoring my requests. Furthermore, they are trying to charge me extra for painting the apartment, despite keeping my deposit and $300 payment for minor repairs. Overall, I strongly recommend against renting from this complex. It's important that other tenants are aware of the management and maintenance staff actions on the property, especially their lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior."

"Does not matter if you're a good tenant or bad one, these people are the worst. I probably would have been in a fight with most of them on how aggressive they are. I even had a 400 dollar Xbox one stolen from the appartments, and the manager and maintenance are the prime suspects for being the only other people that have a key to my appartment. Once I found out who stole it I am pressing charges to the fullest. I will never again rent from them again. Plus I am on disability and they seem to not want to recognize that issue."

"Really Wish I could give a lower than 1 star. This place is horrible. They are supposed to be there to help people get on there feet and help them with a place to live. BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE A GOOD CREDIT SCORE. I really wish someone could tell me how many low income people have great credit scores. My wife, daughter, and myself actually had to live out of our car because of this place. The 2 ladies that worked in the office were not willing to help at all to see what I could do to be approved it was like sorry nothing we can do. Dont waste your time."
