"Just moved in extremely mad. Roaches everywhere. So many things were missing that shouldn't have been, burners for stove, shower head, shower rod. Dishwasher was disgusting. White paint all over the floor, broken fire alarm, parking is horrible."
"I rented from here for over a year. They never made needed repairs. I was left with no heat during the winter and the AC leaked enough to fill buckets. We got bed bugs from the laundry mat there, black mold in ceiling and we found a bag of meth outside on the sidewalk one day. The bathroom will randomly flood, our toilet and bathtub flooded the bathroom multiple times out of nowhere. Management sucks and when I broke my month to month and left they charged me for damages already there when I signed as is to move in. I don’t recommend living here. Completely infested with roaches and unsafe for children."
"I moved here because with a baby on the way I needed to find an apartment fast. I’ve only lived here for two months and it has been a TERRIBLE experience! The cops are there every week due to violence and people acting out of control. Recently a man showed up with a gun and was kicking down doors at the apartment right next to mine. The land lady hasn’t shown up once to check on things but wants to give attitude and accuse tenants of not paying rent because SHE lost the money order. there are roaches very badly and good luck trying to get someone to come spray. It’s all about money for these people but the place isn’t worth a penny. Not a place for kids!"
"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! This place is ran by slum lords!!! They refuse to spray for bugs that come in from other apartments that aren't kept clean. They don't regulate noise after complaints are made. They do not adhere to housing regulations and let multiple families live in one small unit, most not even on the lease. They have an irresponsible staff that make several mistakes in their bookkeeping and harass the tenants when the management messes up. The police get called out all the time due to domestic disputes with people that live there and they refuse to evict them. NOT A PLACE TO LIVE WITH CHILDREN! You can't get thru to any upper management and so next move will be complaints to housing authorities."
