"I have lived here for over 20 years first with my mom then with my grandma and now with my wife. very friendly landlord in the office and the new owner is very nice too and more than willing to fix issues or listen to any concerns about the property. Recently my wife was convinced there was a crack in our ceiling. He came in and looked at it and told us it was a simple fix and fixed it promptly. In my years here I have lived in a 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and now a 1 bedroom. All the apartments are spacious and comfortable to live in. There is plenty close by to go do or even for work if you don't drive. Personally my wife and I enjoy the swings when our girls are down or our nephew wants to go out and play."

"the manager there is really awful and hateful not counting the cockroaches, infestation and black mold . I’m really unsure why is she still even there after there’s been so many complaints about her she don’t care about the intendance"

"Literally gave me bedbugs and is trying to kick me out because THEY have to take care of them. Call the apartments I just moved from and they'll confirm that I never had bed bugs. So DONT MOVE IN UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO ITCH UNTIL YOUR LEASE IS UP."
