"We have just started renting here and let me just say it has been great! Now if you have no credit and are just starting out you will have to have a co-signer. But other than that rent is cheap and I put in maintenance request it is answered same day or next day and they actually fix the issues! The only issue we had was ac but we are on the top floor. The maintenance guy came out and fixed it within an hour! These apartments are great beautiful on the inside and out. If you keep it clean and report issues you have you will always be content living here! Washer and dryer in our unit which is included and 2 bedrooms! $595 a month!"

"Lived here for almost 3 years! Carpet was in used condition when we moved in! Sandy the current manager said not to worry. New manager comes in and wants to charge us for things we’re not responsible for. Then she’ll threaten you & send you to collections! I promise you will regret living here!!!"

"Lived here for almost 6 years even though the windows would get sopping wet in winter and told them many times there was mold they did nothing I had to lay towels in the window. One winter our hot water had leaked through the apartment and it didn't get fixed for a week I had to walk my kids to an empty apartment to give them baths. We started paying month to month while in the process of buying our home and now they are trying to charge us for every little thing. Don't waist your time here."

"Thinking of moving in? Don't. When I moved in the apartment was infested with bed bugsthat ate me up on the first night. I requested a refund or to move me to a different apartment. It took multiple request to get the issue resolved. The apartment had old nasty brown carpet on the stairs and bedrooms which they are trying to get me to pay to replace now that I have moved out after 3 years of living there without missing a single payment. They will try to charge you for normal wear and tear. They are trying to make me pay for paint peeling off the wall over a door downstairs, and for them putting caulking around the bath tub drain. Oh and they are also trying to charge me for scratches on the front door. All normal wear and tear that they can't charge a tenant for. So don't move in there. Save your money and save yourself the stress, just stay away."

"I’ve been here for almost 2 years. Rent is affordable. If you have maintenance issues you can submit a request online and it’s handled/resolved fairly quickly. The property managers are friendly and generally don’t bother you, unless you’re doing something wrong of course. My carpet does need replaced as it’s matted/very aged. But I haven’t put in a request for it since it’d be a lot of work to move furniture, plus I work from home. So that’s on me, not them. Lol As for other tenants, I haven’t had any issues with those living here. In fact, I get along with all but one of the neighbors near me. And the one I don’t care for, well let’s just say I’m not the only one in the complex who doesn’t care for him. He lives in a lower apartment and constantly complains about noise from above. If it’s that big of an issue, request to move to an upper apartment. Other than that tenant, I love living here. If you’re looking for a place to live, give Cedar Creek a go. Friendly management and nice neighbors."
