"Lack of explanation of after-care meant I suffered complications after what should have been a relatively easy service. I am paying for professional help, and felt that I was on my own. I felt somewhat pressured into completing additional un-wanted (and I feel unnecessary) services. Not sure if it was just to get more money, or what the deal was. I am still dealing with billing issues for over a year because the billing was improperly managed. They keep sending the bills to me, when insurance needs to deal with it, but every time I call in, they say they will get it fixed, and then the same exact problem reoccurs. Not sure if the billing is a reflection of this clinic or allina system as a whole, but really not impressed either way. Honestly my whole experience with this clinic was that it felt amateurish. The worst feeling to me, is that after going to the doctor to give me some peace of mind, I instead came away with a huge stressor, that after a year is still looming."

"Staff always gracious and professional. Dr White has a wonderful sense of humor; medically knowledgeable and a FANTASTIC bedside disposition. Well respected in the medical field. Held in high regards. Met her in 2020 one month prior to Covid-19 in Chaska while her primary location was closed. I followed her to Jordan when the St Francis Clinic re-opened (30 miles from my home. )"

"10 minutes before closing nobody picked up the phone to schedule an appointment. They're part of the Allina Health system and advertise that an appointment can be scheduled online. Good luck creating your account. Your information will most likely not be found in the system, and you'll still end up calling this awful auto-responder again the next day."
