"Curtis Stewart and Diane Bryant should never be trusted. I would stay away from their properties. I've waited a year to write this review so I could be as objective as possible. We rented from them for years when they came to us offering to sell the home we lived in for 4 years. They claimed they wanted us to buy it. So after a week of repeated calls and urging from Curtis, we offered their asking price and the next day they came back and said they changed their mind and didn't want to sell anymore but would let us out of our lease. We took them up on that and bought a different house. Why stay with people who would toy with you on such an important matter? No surprise once we left they jacked the rent up by a few hundred dollars. Despite deep cleaning the property, even cleaning the carpets, not a dime of our deposit was rightfully returned. Renters should beware of the shady morals of the Stewarts and Diane Bryant."

He was able to get our closing date pushed back to accommodate our banking needs.
